Membership Application:

1: Pembroke Welsh Corgi breeders can apply below.

2:  We need to verify that you own purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgis.  Plus verify that you can breed Pembroke Welsh Corgis that are safe from: DM, EIC, and VWD1.  We'll contact you to ask for photos of these documents.

3: If you are approved as a member of the Corgi Health Association, your first year of membership is free.

4: Membership fees are $12 per year, and can be paid in the members area of our website.
